To keep your account secure we’re introducing a carrier identification verification process for all carriers. Only your company’s Relay account’s primary admin can submit details are able to do it once.
We’ll send an email announcing when your company’s account is ready for verification.
What you’ll need to prepare:

Proof of business registration. (One of the below depending on the type of business)

Certified Articles of Incorporation (for Corporation)

Certified Articles of Organization (for LLC)

Certificate of Partnership (for Partnership)

Government issued business license (for Sole Proprietorship)

- Proof of business address (e.g. bills data in the last 60 days such as utility bill, phone bill, internet with business address that matches bill address). Only the portion of the bill that has the address information needs to be submitted. All other details of the bill should be redacted or removed.
- Proof of identity of beneficial owner (e.g. either a valid driver’s license or passport)
For the security of everyone in our network we would appreciate your verification. In the future, failure to verify your business credentials may restrict your company's access to Relay.
